We at ADSI – the Divorce and Separation Coaching Institute of NZ want to provide the public with trusted experts that adhere to ethical conduct within their coaching practices.

Co-founders Nikki Bould, Kimberlee Sweeney, Kelly Sutton, identified a critical need to establish a secure and ethically-driven service for New Zealanders undergoing separation or divorce. Recognising the absence of regulations in the coaching industry, they were increasingly concerned about the lack of ethical standards and professional oversight. These concerns included the absence of support for clients in the event of an unsuccessful coaching relationship.
